Your email, and what we do with it.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your data is Quizxy, operated by Quizxy Management Team, Athens, Greece. For anything about your data, write to teamquizxy@outlook.com.

2. What we collect

• The email address you type into the early-access form, and the time you sent it.
• When the form is sent, our host records technical details that come with any web request, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the service running and to filter spam.

We don’t ask for your name. The short quiz preview on the page runs entirely in your browser; your answers are never sent or stored.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

We use your email address for one purpose: to send you a message when Quizxy opens, and to reply if you write back. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time. Technical request data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We never sell your address, share it for advertising, or use it for profiling.

4. Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored with Netlify Forms, part of Netlify, Inc., the company that hosts this website. Netlify processes the data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement, and only as we instruct. Netlify is based in the United States; transfers outside the European Economic Area are protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Access to the list is limited to the people who run Quizxy.

5. How long we keep it

Until we send the launch email, and no longer than 12 months after that, or sooner if you ask. Then it is deleted. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw your consent, at any time and free of charge. Write to the contact address above and we will answer within one month.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or to the data protection authority where you live.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Its fonts and files are served from this site itself, not from third-party services.

8. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, with strict security headers. What you type into the form is checked in your browser and sent as plain text; it is never run as code. Automated spam submissions are filtered out before they reach the list.

9. Children

The early-access list is not intended for anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email before it applies.
